How to check last call charges in reliance gsm

Send an sms to 55333 (Toll Free) with text BILL

If network is busy you will get please try again later message.

Else you will get message detailing about your last 24hrs usages

If you get network busy information then send the sms again.

This SMS has following information.

Number dialed ********
How much time you talked 2.5 minutes
At what time call was made 17.54
How much money was deducted. 2rs.

Suggestions:

1. If you use Reliance CDMA Reliance GSM, or Airtel please be aware that this company deducts money from consumers a/c without any service activation. They activate services from their side silently.
2. They deduct money with amount 3 rupees, 4 rupees, 20 rupees etc.
3. If you find such issue, immediately call 198 (Toll Free Number ) and raise a complaint to get money back.
4. If you see that this type of issue are repeatedly happening then better change the service provider though mobile portability option.
5. If you are using GSM connection and you are getting on screen message and at the same time if you get a call and if you click green button (Receive a call) than your subscriptions get activated and money is deducted from your phone.
To avoid this situation, please do not receive call, first exit from on screen message by pressing red button and then wait for a call.
6. Check your phone balance (*367*) for Reliance GSM phone twice a day.
